Priyank Shah, the visionary behind Peato's Pavbhaji, brings over a decade of experience in the food industry. After successfully founding Gokul Veg in 2014, Priyank embarked on a new journey in 2023 with Peato's India Pvt Ltd. His passion for quality food & service inspired the concept of blending India’s most beloved fast food, Pav Bhaji, with international standards.

With over 20 years of marketing experience, our CMO has honed her skills working with various companies specializing in direct sales concepts. Her expertise in crafting impactful marketing strategies is instrumental in driving the growth and success of Peato's Pavbhaji, ensuring our brand connects with customers and stands out in the competitive food industry. 

With 8 years of hands-on experience in the restaurant operations, our Operational Manager has worked from entry-level roles to top management. He played a key role in the research and development of Peato's, contributing to technology integration, kitchen layout designing, equipment selection, and menu formulation, ensuring operational excellence. 

With 6 years of experience in inventory management and procurement in the restaurant industry, our Supply Chain Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth supply of essential raw materials. He has been instrumental in the backend formulation and production processes at Peato's, ensuring quality and efficiency in every aspect.
